With 22 years of direct marketing experience, Worth brings an unmatched passion for the industry and a commitment to making the most of client investments.
In 1985, he began his career with Century Direct Marketing—then a full service Direct Marketing Agency in Portland, OR—where he spent 10 years helping financial services and retail clients exceed their direct marketing goals.
He then joined Direct Marketing Solutions, where he oversaw new business development and strategic and production management for several clients, including Hollywood Entertainment, Nationwide Insurance, Grand European Tours, International Sportsmen’s Expositions and many more. During his 10 years with DMS, the company experienced yearly double-digit growth.
In 2006, he joined forces with his long-term friend and DMS colleague, Everett, to start Pacific Marketing & Publishing. He leads a top-notch team in providing clients strategically targeted direct mail support for their businesses. Most of his clients have been with him for decades.
With his focus on segmentation, processing and utilizing information to maximize ROI, he anticipates rapid growth in his clients’ direct marketing efforts over the next two decades.

Everett's passion for print and graphic arts began with a Junior Achievement project in middle school. His enthusiasm for the field has led him to extensive experience in graphic design, photography and experimenting with ink on everything from T-shirts and coffee cups, to signed limited edition posters.
In 1993, Carson joined Direct Marketing Solutions. With a little management experience and a programming book he quickly progressed from second-shift press operator to Director of Production and Manufacturing. During his tenure at DMS, Carson used his expertise to build a one-of-a-kind specialized database to help manage production, increasing the company’s efficiency dramatically. In a short time, the database was being used company-wide, assisting in growing DMS from 300,000 pieces mailed per month to 20 million per month. He oversaw 9 departments with over 125 employees and was widely respected as an efficient and effective manager.
Carson's depth and breadth of production experience ensures that every job is priced fairly, is produced efficiently and gets the attention to detail it deserves.
